An Arrangement by: Sandra Mackintosh
Today, today... Well, this morning we drove to my favorite of places; snack shack. Its a drive, but more than worth it for their absolutely perfect BBQ sandwiches! Then we picked up our truck from my parents house and drove to work to pick up some plants and some compost... We paid for a 1/2 yard but a friendly coworker dumped a full yard on our sorry little truck. So I dug and dug and dug until i couldn't dig no more. Bed after bed... and now i have a good 50 feet or so of beds along the part of the fence we have up. In those beds i planted, a gorgeous peony, the new dawn rose, asparagus, borage, blueberry, clematis, sage, onions, chocolate peppers, radishes, carrots, orange cosmos, blue delphinium, and queen annes lace. Boy oh boy am I a happy girl. At this point i just cant wait until tomorrow so I can dig some more...
Also the photo above i found on apartment therapy. I love this ladies arrangements. Im certainly a collector, if nothing else. So these just ticked my fancy.

Jealous of your garden time! Hmph! And all of your compost! Some day, when school is done, my summer will be gardens. Here and there, home, neighborhood, school, ... gardens everywhere!
I was thinking one day we should visit each other in the spring like we're wwoofing. we can work in each others gardens together!
Hello,
I found your blog via your Etsy store, and once purchased a shelf city from you. I love your writings and your art and I just wanted to say hello! I understand being worn out, but you will find your breath again for tiny houses. They're so lovely.
Keep Smiling,
Abby
Chrisi! We should! And you can meet the chickens! (We'll have them by then.) And we could find you some bricks to take back with you! I see them lying in people's front yards all the time just hanging out. Don't they know the history behind those bricks?! Think of the wagons and carts that drove over those a hundred years ago!
Abigail,
I am so glad that you found me to say hello! ( and to leave such kind compliments!) Great to here from owners of my little cities! I hope that I'll get to know you better!
