I LIKE:
Creaky wooden floors,
Botanical illustrations, linen tea towels,
Hand made cards, wood shavings, the smell of a fire on my husbands clothes,
Finding antlers in the woods, blue ballpoint pens, story telling, a glass of cold milk, moccasins,
The smell of a tack shop, tanning the furs of roadkill, berries from the garden,
Dirt under my finger nails, hand tools, canning jars all lined up on a shelf,
Bright patches of running cedar in the winter woods,
Love letters, colanders, feathers,
The Blue Ridge Mountains,
And aprons.
